An experienced Service Support team is ready to assist you in any situation relating to maintenance and servicing of the microscope.

NordicNano Solutions AB have a Service Center in Malmö, Sweden with factory trained Service Engineers. In addition NordicNano Solutions cooperate with the distributors in Finland, UK and Germany for service support as needed (backup) as well as with the TESCAN service organization based in Brno Czech Republic.

Each system supports self tests and Remote diagnostics.

NordicNano Solutions AB guarantees better than 96 hours response time on-site (depending on Service Agreement level), better than 4 hour telephone support (normally immediate) and better than 12 hours remote diagnostics of system. 90% of upcoming issues are resolved through remote diagnostics.

For support of the Warranty period the TESCAN factory provides all parts free of charge. The TESCAN world wide service organization also supports the Nordic from its headquarter in Brno Czech Republic as necessary.

There are more than 2000 TESCAN system installations world-wide.
